1RFQ — Quote Request
Submit your drawing (PDF, DWG, STEP), 3D model, or physical sample. Our engineering team acknowledges receipt and responds with a quote within 24–48 hours.
2DFM Review
Before quoting, our engineers review your tolerances, geometry, material, and machinability. If we see an opportunity to improve cost or process, we tell you. We never assume — we ask.
3Engineering Plan & Quote
We deliver a detailed quote with machining sequence, tooling selection, setup plan, and inspection protocol — everything defined before production begins.
4Material Sourcing & Certification
We source and verify raw material with mill certificate included. The right material, verified at origin, before we touch the machine.
5Setup & Programming
CNC programming in Mastercam, geometry validation in SolidWorks, inspection plan loaded in PC-DMIS. Custom fixtures designed and built in-house when required.
6First Article Inspection (FAI)
For production runs, we machine 5 sample parts and inspect them 100% before sending to the client. Production does not begin until the client formally approves the first article.
7Production Run + In-Process QC
Full production run on our HAAS machining centers, Nexturn SA-20B, or specialized equipment. Dimensional checks performed during the run — not only at the end.
8Final Inspection & Documentation
Complete final inspection with Hexagon Absolute Arm and KEYENCE IM-8030. Dimensional report, material certificate, hardness certificate if required.
9Finishing & Delivery
Surface finishing if required (anodizing, plating, powder coat). Proper packaging and delivery to your facility.
